HOW THE DIRECT-AIRFLOW SYSTEM WORKS
Fresh Air → Rear Intake → Heating → Fan → Horizontal Airflow → Food Trays → Moisture Exhaust
The fan draws air from behind the dehydrator. The air is heated to the selected drying temperature and then pushed horizontally across the trays containing the food.
As the warm air passes over the food, it carries away moisture released from the food. The moist air is then expelled from the drying chamber, allowing the dehydration process to continue.

The horizontal airflow provides each tray with a direct flow of heated air, helping to minimize differences in drying between trays.
